HUAWEI P smart 2019 on a prepaid basis or postpaid contract, are eligible for this promotion.
The Promotion is valid from 01 February 2019 to 31 December 2019, for the first 10 000 customers.
How to Get
- Be an existing customer of Huawei handset device user.
- Purchase the HUAWEI P smart 2019 on a prepaid basis or postpaid contract during the promotion period.
- Claim and be approved by HUAWEI as one of the first 10 000 customers. Once Huawei confirmed your uploaded information, you would receive an email or SMS for confirmation.

- ID Number
- Name and Surname
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Old Huawei Phone Model; (e.g., P10/P10 Lite/Y5 2017)
- Old Huawei Phone IMEI
- Screenshot or Photo with Old Huawei Phone IMEI Number
- Fill in P smart 2019 IMEI
- P smart 2019 Invoice Date
- Upload a Clear Picture of the P smart 2019 Purchase Invoice or Contract
- One free screen repair or replacement during the first 12 months after purchase.
When you receive the Huawei confirmation email/SMS to say you are confirmed to be one of
HUAWEI P smart 2019 free front screen repair or replacement customers, then you are eligible for
1(one) free front screen repair or replacement during the first 12 months from the date of invoice
for the purchase after the front screen of P smart 2019 damaged.
How to claim
To claim the repair or replacement screen of P smart 2019, Huawei has a DOOR TO DOOR PHONE PICK UP SERVICE.
How to claim service:
- Call the Huawei Service Call Center on 0860861111 to speak to and inform agent you are calling to claim the P smart 2019 front screen replacement service.
- Make sure you have your P smart 2019 IMEI number ready.
- Once all details are confirmed, Call Center agent will confirm with you time and date of pick-up.
- Upon repair or replacement of your P smart 2019 screen, Call Center agent will make contact to arrange date and time for delivery.
